Registrations are accepted on a space basis. In the unlikely event your courses are full, you will be notified. Dean College reserves the right to cancel any course which has insufficient enrollment, to restrict registration in a course, to reschedule a course, and to change instructors when necessary.

TUITION REFUND POLICY*

Tuition, excluding fees, is refundable as follows;

Full Semester and Quarter Classes:

Withdrawal by 11:59 p.m. on the 7th day of the term – 100%
Withdrawal between the 8th day of the term and 11:59 p.m. on the 14th day of the term – 50%
No refund after the 14th day of the term.

*A student who wants to withdraw from a course must do so in writing or call 508.541.1624. Nonattendance does not constitute withdrawal. Fax a letter of withdrawal to 508.541.1941 or call 508.541.1624 with questions.

* There is a per semester registration fee as indicated for students registering for courses.

ADD/DROP/WITHDRAWAL POLICY

4 Week Online Classes:

Last day to add: Thursday, December 21
Last day to drop: Friday, December 22
Last day to withdraw: Monday, January 8

REFUND POLICY

4 Week Online Classes:

100% through Friday, December 22
50% through Monday, December 25
No refund after Monday, December 25
